Creating full-featured games for mobile phones is with complex control schemes is quite a task, even a twin-stick shooter design is a challenge because player typically can use only two thumbs simultaneously to control something on the phone, while on a gamepad player has an immediate access to triggers or shoulder buttons with his index fingers while still using both thumbs.
A lot of games suffer from from this problem including competitive shooters like PUBG, so it's fun to watch how players themselves come up with a really creative artisenal solutions to this kind of problems, like this guy who uses aluminium foil to add shoulder buttons to his phone
